Without going into my personal banking information, I just wanted to say how amazing the staff is here in this branch. I can't speak for any other 5/3 branch, but at this one every time I have needed them to help me it has always been a truly stellar interaction. Courtesy and commitment to my needs have always been paramount every time I go into this bank.

Used to bank there but had serious problems with money deposited and not credited. Bounced checks charged me for them. On vacation and no money in the account. No thanks!
Good bank overall, but the ATM at this location never accepts my deposits every time I go through. I have to go to the fifth third on Monroe St. and that one will work every time.
